Gmail is Google's free email service where you can keep all your important messages forever, use search to quickly find anything you're looking for, and make sense of it all with a new way of viewing messages as part of conversations.  Spam emails are blocked to a minimum.

Picasa is Google's free software to organize photos and movies on your computer's hard drive.  It makes importing photos from digital camera easy and consistently scans your computer for photos and movies saved.

It is easy to crop, remove red eye, fix the contrast and color using Picasa.  Organize your photos with a drag-and-drop from one folder to the other.  Print locally or online to wallets, 4"x6", 5"x7", full pages and even artistic collage prints. Turn selected photos into a slideshow with music or render into a movie for YouTube show-off. 

Combining Gmail and Picasa, sharing photos and slideshows became easy.  Resize and attach pictures to emails in one click or upload them all to an online album and invite people to view.  Your guests will have options to order prints online for their own, or simply download your photos and save them to their hard disk.  Class designed to accomplish the following:

Week 1.  Apply & use a Google's email, Download and install Picasa software

Week 2.  Edit, print and email photos.  Create slideshows and share photos online

Week 3.  Organize digital photos & movies at your computer and export to CDs for backup.

Each attendee will have access to a computer at all times yet using one's own notebook is also welcome.
