How to
Register:
In Person: Visit
the Neighborhood Club at 17150 Waterloo, Grosse Pointe, MI 48230. The reception office is
open for registration, Monday through Friday from
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- By Mail: Send the
completed registration form along with
your charge authorization or check playable to Neighborhood Club and mail to Neighborhood Club, 17150 Waterloo, Grosse Pointe, MI 48230.
- By Fax: Send the completed registration form along with your charge
authorization or check playable to Neighborhood Club and FAX to 313-885-2418 at any time.
- Online: Please visit our web site (you
are here). Click on Youth activity,
Adult activity or Search to start your registration.
To register activities online, you need to sign up and establish an account
during your first visit. Signing up online is easy and free.
Online members enjoy 24-hours, 7-days a week availability to register for
Neighborhood Club's activities from any computer with internet access. Your signature and payment information (personal checks or credit
card charge) will be required to complete the registration process. Confirmation of
registration will be sent to your email address.
Many activities have limited enrollment so early
registration is advised.
In our league sports, registrations received three or
more business days after the registration deadline will be assessed a $10 late charge. Please use the easy mail registration form to sign up
for all activities. You can display and print a registration form in PDF format
(Acrobat Reader would be needed), or a form will be generated automatically if you
complete a registration online. You can review and print all registration receipts
from your Neighborhood Club account online. Additional paper receipt will be
available if requested by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
